What size dosage of CBD should someone take?
Truly, there is no scientific answer for this as of yet. The many reported benefits of CBD has yet to provide a definitive guideline other than “experiment with what works best for you and your situation”. CBD Oil comes in various concentrations and forms, including tinctures, capsules, peppermint sprays, CBD creams, vaporizers, gummies, topical for skin and much more. Everyone is different and will react differently to the amount of CBD ingested. As serving size or dosage of CBD differs for each person, it is best to start small and gradually increase until you experience the desired result.

Are There Any Side Effects?
