Orders and Shipping
If you place an order before 9:00 AM EST, it will be processed and shipped on the same day once the payment has been verified. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until the following Monday for the order to be processed and shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed and can take 1-5 days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.

To track the status of your order, follow the steps below:
- Login to your account
- Click on “My Account”
- Click on “Orders”
- Click on “View” on any of your orders to view the tracking number.
No. We do not store any credit card information on our website. All payments are made with a secure credit card payment system.
Yes – all orders will be charged sales tax based on the shipping destination. For example, if you live in Ontario but the shipping address is in British Columbia, the sales tax will be based in British Columbia.
Currently we only ship to Canadian residents at this time.
Yes – all items will be shipped in one discreet package.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once a product is received a refund will be issued.

Please DO NOT open or unwrap any packages/products! Please send us a picture of the package (interior and exterior)to support@cbdparadise.com and we will investigate further. If you open the package, the status of the order will be considered Delivery Complete.
CBD Paradise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.

CBD Paradise is not liable for any products that are shipped to an incorrect or wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter in the correct address details. If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).
